Soft music can reduce depression.
I am a forty-five year old man working as a content writer. I am still unmarried and I stay with my parents. My office colleagues are good but I feel a bit uneasy working with them. Since I have not yet managed to find a girl for myself, my colleagues pull my leg whenever they please. This is happening for months. Though initially, I used to take it as a joke but things are turning worse each day. Since I don’t have any other choice when they tease me, I feel it best either to remain quiet or laugh at their jokes. But when I am at home, I feel very sad and at times miserable.
Recently, I had bought a laptop so that I am able to do my work from home too. This would at least keep me away from their disturbing jokes. But still my depression didn’t reduce. One day, while searching for soft music, I landed up on the site http://www.raresoulgrooves.com/artists. I had heard about R&B soul but had never heard them earlier. After hearing some of the songs, I got an unusual relief. I purchased some CDs from there. Soul songs helped me a great deal to come out of my depression.
